You play a key role in the introduction of SAP and Salesforce in our sales and service organisations. Their focus is on coordinating the business aspects of these strategic transformation projects to ensure smooth implementation and transition to the new global digital process platform. In your role as a project manager (m/w/d), you will lead the business transformation into our sales and service organisations In the SAP and Salesforce Rollout Projects, ensure seamless integration of our new global digital process platform across all departments You agree on local business requirements with global platform managers and agree on technical solutions in interdisciplinary teams. Manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensure a structured, comprehensive implementation and validation before the go-live Together with an interdisciplinary team, you drive process harmonisation and support change management initiatives to ensure a successful introduction By creating clear project plans and monitoring progress, you guarantee timely delivery and compliance with quality standards and budget requirements You act as a primary interface between business units and IT and translate requirements into implementable solutions After analyzing and evaluating business processes, you identify optimization potentials and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualification: You have a Master's degree in Management and Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable field Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in project management with a focus on coordinating international teams in a complex, cross-functional environment with Know-how and skills: You possess sound knowledge in business processes and are characterized by excellent stakeholder management. In addition, you have pronounced analytical skills that allow you to effectively solve complex problems Nice to have: certification in project management methods (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and experience in change management Personality: You are structured, empathic and globally oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of business.
