Internship/Master's student in the field of process optimization in production - starting August 2026 (m/f/d)

You actively support the Operational Excellence Team and the executives in the area of the Norderstedt plant in implementing our Lean initiative. You develop optimization potentials using proven lean methods (e.g. DMAIC, SMED, value flow analysis) and accompany them in the implementation. In addition, you are a valuable part of our interdisciplinary improvement teams at the Norderstedt plant, which you may lead yourself in the role of the project leader. The analysis and interpretation of production data, including using BI tools, as well as the derivation of appropriate improvement measures, is also on the agenda. You support the implementation and further development of standards in our production areas (5S, Kanban, Centerlining)
