Consultant (m/w/d) Pipeline Law & Real Estate

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. In order to strengthen our department of management rights and documentation, we are looking for a new employee (m/w/d) as a consultant (m/w/d) management law & properties at the next possible time.

You conduct on-the-spot negotiations with property owners, farmers and authorities/communities to obtain management rights and building permits in projects as well as in the management structure (the conclusion, processing and processing of agreements, registration permits, funeral and use contracts). You represent our company at public events and in direct contact with stakeholders on site. You coordinate external service providers and experts as part of the legal acquisition. You evaluate agricultural and forestry areas and the growth. You take care and management of existing compensatory and replacement measures, including the implementation of success controls. You document and maintain contracts, documents and property data in our systems.

You have a degree in agriculture, forestry, landscape planning or ecology, or a comparable qualification – ideally with practical experience in agriculture. Ideally, you will bring first relevant professional experience in the infrastructure sector or with natural-law compensation and replacement measures as well as knowledge in the methods of land assessment and agricultural assessment methods. You are safe for negotiation, strong communication and also keep a cool head in challenging conversations. You bring a high readiness to travel and are happy to travel in the field. You work structured, independent and are versed in handling MS Office and digital documentation systems.
