As a construction manager, you are the face of svt on our construction sites in the renovation of fire and water damage. On site you are a contact person*in for our entrepreneurs and monitor their work. You document the progress of the work for the project management and always have an eye on the schedule. On site, you will treat damaged and project participants polite and service-oriented.

You have completed a technical or craftsmanship (fine-legerin, painterin, groundleger*in, etc.) and have already gained first leadership experience on the construction site (e.g. as a foreman or polisher). If you have already worked in the refurbishment of fire, water or pollutant damage and you can prove appropriate qualifications. You have a class B driver's license; other licenses such as C1 are of advantage. Your self-sponsored work and your communicative and service-oriented way are yours. You speak fluent German (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are of advantage.
