Sales Clerk - Tendering / Order Processing (m/f/d)

You take over the independent processing of public tenders – from the point of view of the documents, the presentation of the offer to the final documentation. You create customised offers, actively revise them and manage the complete processing of customer orders from confirmation to invoice. You carefully check all the product and order data in our ERP system and book the corresponding product inputs. You trigger orders from suppliers, maintain their status and monitor payment receipts in consultation with the accounting. As a central interface, you work closely with the field service, the service and the management and ensure a smooth sales process.

You have a technical training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, handicraft or automotive engineering, or you have at least two years of relevant professional experience in these areas. Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the sales service – if not, we would like to learn you. With your commercial understanding and communication strength, you have the pleasure of revising offers and handling orders independently. You are safe in handling MS Office; Experience with an ERP system or public tendering is a plus. For smooth communication in the team and with customers, you speak fluently German.
