Global responsibility for procurement activities for the IT product group (based on IT hardware, IT software, IT services and telecommunications) Creation and application of necessary control instruments of strategic purchasing (business plan, procurement strategy, procurement plan etc) Conception, development and implementation of purchasing strategies and cost reduction projects Implementation, negotiation and conclusion of global framework agreements Cross-site implementation, continuous optimization and securing of purchasing processes and methods Control of the peer areas of the assigned property (goods groups) Special leadership of local buyers and local buyers of regional locations worldwide
