Processing of the law on broadcasting fees (m/f/d)

A lot is going on with us – and this is exactly what makes the work exciting: as a lawyer specialist or legal specialist (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in the legal director of the Bayerischer Rundfunk, you are working on a high, but well-structured procedure about the radio contribution. Together with an experienced team, you will be able to perform demanding legally-influenced material processing in public-law broadcasting.

You work closely with our legal adviser: you work together and take in particular: Preparing fonts including process and composition Conducting the judicial and extrajudicial correspondence Conducting and processing of files and time limits Providing and obtaining information on broadcasting legal matters (telephone, written, electronic) Hand-handling to the electronically managed post accounts and data maintenance Support for legal advisers:in the processing of petitions and complaints Independent and independent implementation of cost-fixing procedures incl. Monitoring Organisation and coordination of general assistance activities in the team

Completed training as:

• lawyers employed (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or
• Legal expert (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)
• Alternative: Commercial employees (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or legal experts (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) with relevant and multi-year professional experience in the field of legal care / (state) administration Structured, independent and responsible operation High reliability, care and flexibility as well as willingness to work on new topics Happy work in the team Friendly, facing appearance – even in stressful situations Secure handling of electronic files and mailboxes as well as MS Office applications; Knowledge of RA programs (e.g. RA-MICRO) Openness for change processes, digital working methods, agile methods and modern tools (e.g. AI support) Knowledge of the (Bavarian) enforcement law and experience in cost-fixing procedures are desirable, but no prerequisite for recruitment
