Consultant SAP Service Cloud for Utilities (m/f/d)

Analysis and Optimization: You support our customers in the analysis and optimization of new customer service requirements – from ticket acceptance to processing of tickets with utilities-specific integration into the backend systems. CRM Workshops: You carry out interactive CRM workshops with our customers and create technical concepts. Implementation: During the implementation phases, you take over the customizing (and development) in the SAP Service Cloud. Project work: You grow into diverse SAP-Renommée projects – accompanied by a team of experienced SAP professionals. Knowledge transfer: You actively participate in the further development of our service knowledge. Continuing education: You can visit targeted training within our career paths and develop yourself individually.

DEIN PROFIL Experience: Experience in process analysis, design and implementation of SAP Service Cloud for Utilities Communication capability: You are very communicative and are interested in the structured analysis and optimization of business processes in customer service. Study and qualification: Ideally completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Problem solution: Joy in working with customers and developing solutions for tricky challenges Further development: You are curious to get to know more SAP CX solutions such as SAP Sales Cloud, SAP emarsys, SAP CDC or SAP CDP and keep developing. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
