Senior Technology Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the position For our team we are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager (m/w/d) with proven experience in managing customer-oriented software projects. In this role, you take responsibility for several projects in Northern Europe and work closely with internal teams, customers and external partners. Services within the region are part of your task. You are responsible for several small to medium-sized projects with a technical focus and ensure that You are implemented on time, within the budget and in the agreed quality. Always keep an overview of complex project landscapes and coordinate different stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your duties Creation and maintenance of project plans and identification of dependencies, risks and technical conditions

Takeover of operational tasks in the project environment, for example in release management

Proactive management of project risks including documentation and tracking (e.g. in Confluence)

Control of the project scope and prioritization of requirements for optimal resource planning

Definition of project objectives, measurement of progress and coordination of interdepartmental dependencies

Implementation of requirements and project evaluations for sound project planning

Ensuring complete project documentation

Leadership of cross-functional project teams and moderation of regular project reviews

Ensuring the achievement of all relevant stakeholders through effective reporting, time and cost management

Creating meaningful management and executive reports including financial transparency

Control of dependencies between parallel projects and business areas

Successful implementation of projects involving direct and indirect team members

Make informed decisions and active management of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the software or IT environment

Experience in implementing agile software development and delivery projects

Proven ability to successfully influence and control cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even without direct disciplinary responsibility

Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)

Ability to coordinate and successfully advance several projects, tasks and priorities

Good technical understanding of system integration, data management and application development as well as the ability to communicate with technical teams at eye level

Experience in the identification, evaluation and active management of project risks

Embossed communication and presentation skills and experience in cooperation with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment

Experience in working with cross-functional teams, shared services, external service providers and implementation partners

Ability to build trusted and sustainable relationships with stakeholders, executives and teams at all levels of organisation
