We are looking for a CNC lathe (m/w/d) for our customers in the Schwäbisch Hall area

The place offers you:

Complete training as a machining mechanic, precision mechanics, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in working with CNC turning and/or milling machines

Secure reading of technical drawings as well as routined handling of measuring instruments

Knowledge of CNC programming and ideally experience with controls such as WinMax, WinMax 5, UltiMax, MSC-803/MSG-803, Celos or Mapps

Careful, responsible and independent operation

Your profile:

Independent programming, setting and operating of CNC lathes and turning milling centres (e.g. Hurco, DMG Mori)

Processing of production orders according to technical documents such as drawings and work plans

Selection, measurement and retrieval of tools, workpieces and clamping means

Creation of new CNC programs and adaptation of existing programs

Monitoring and optimization of ongoing manufacturing processes

Production of individual and serial parts according to technical drawings

Quality testing of components with common measuring instruments and documentation of results

small maintenance and maintenance work on the machines

Internal material transport with industrial trucks
