Operations Controlling: Data analysis, derivation of measures and their follow-up Development and maintenance of controlling instruments and reporting Implementation of project and product cost accounting incl. Calculation logic, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness checks Further development of relevant key figures on productivity and profitability (e.g. efficiency, material/overhead costs, cover contributions) Sparring partners for executives Close cooperation with departments

Complete study of economics with a focus on controlling/ accounting or comparable qualification

At least 2 years of experience in controlling Secure handling of BI tools (ideally Power BI), Excel and ERP systems (preferably proALPHA) Embossed analytical skills, structured thinking and high technical precision Communication strength as a link between all operational levels Very good German knowledge (at least C2) This is very important to us We have a very high demand for us.
