Supporting our development team and our Product Owner in the role of Scrum-Master as part of agile software development Organization and moderation of Scrum events such as Daily Meeting, Sprint Planning and Review, Backlog Refinement and Retrospective Identification of obstacles to the work of the team during the project and their resolution Active participation of the Scrum process and its continuous development In addition, you will develop the employees and teams towards self-organisation and cross-functional teamwork (including through training and coaching of development teams and Product Owner)

Successfully completed studies or training with economic or technical focus Finded practical experience in the role of Scrum-Master in the software development environment Certification for Scrum Master desirable (e.g. PSM) Analytical skills associated with high organizational talent Problem and conflict resolution competence in a responsible, proactive manner Background in software development and processes relevant there (e.g. requirement management, or continuous integration / delivery) of advantage Very good German and English in word and writing
