Your qualifications are: • completed studies as Bachelor of Arts – Public Management / Dipl. Manager (m/w/d) (FH) or comparable qualification (e.g. ascent officers) • well-founded experience and administrative knowledge • Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action • Engagement and Responsibility • the ability to work into new topics and complex issues

Your duties include: • Consultation and support of departments in organizational matters • Implementation of workplace interviews • Monitoring of organisational studies • Personnel requirement determination • Participation in the in-house job assessments (grouping after the TVöD and official reviews) • Participation and monitoring of the rules of general service • Support of project work • Special tasks
