Property managers (m/f/d)

You maintain and manage residential and commercial properties independently. You create, check and process leases, bills and object-relevant documents. You coordinate the communication between owners, tenants, service providers and authorities as well as maintenance measures. You ensure compliance with legal requirements and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes.

Completed commercial training or study, ideally related to the real estate or administration, as well as several years of experience in the management of residential and/or commercial real estate. Good knowledge of rental law, operating costs and real estate management processes. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with a real estate management software. Structured, independent and service-oriented mode of operation, combined with communication strength, organisational skills, safe occurrence and very good German knowledge in word and writing.
