Through your expertise, you combine corporate strategy, market requirements and employees' interests into a modern, effective Compensation & Benefits approach.

You implement tariff pay systems and support supervisors in the creation of job descriptions and in the evaluation of these according to the ERA nomenclature As part of the collective bargaining, you ensure compliance with all regulations and thus contribute to a transparent and fair remuneration practice You advise superiors competently on the extra-tariff pay systems used in the group and carry out groupings of extra-tariff employees in accordance with the group requirements by You promote the harmonisation and further development of the interfaces within the ERA nomenclature and ensure consistent application of the remuneration structures As a central expert, you advise on issues relating to remuneration, ERA as well as compensation-relevant compliance issues and prepare strategic compensation decisions by scenario, risk and cost analyses When implementing social benefits, you are looking for a smooth operationalization of the group-wide requirements and continuously monitoring the market to identify trends and developments at Benefits at an early stage You prepare proposals for new social benefits and encourage the further development of existing offers in order to sustainably strengthen employers' attractiveness In the field of Compensation & Benefits, you develop training concepts and carry out career-related training for executives, HR colleagues and works council members You work closely with the relevant committees of the Works Council and represent the employer side in the Joint ERA Commission You regularly prepare statistics and evaluations for monthly reports and develop your own reports to illustrate developments in the fields of Compensation and Benefits

You have fluent German knowledge in word and writing as well as advanced English skills You have a successfully completed degree in psychology, pedagogy or economics or a comparable qualification You have already been able to gain experience with tariff pay systems, in particular in the ERA system, and have comprehensive knowledge in extra-tariff systems such as WTW or Hay You have already worked with works councils related to Compensation & Benefits and know the specific requirements of this interface You have experience with job descriptions and assessments as well as the design and application of bonus systems You have the pleasure of designing and optimizing processes and drawing yourself through a systematic, independent and analytical method In the field of training, you bring experience in the development and implementation of training for executives You understand how to manage different interests and stakeholders, and convince by conflictability and a pronounced communication strength Advanced office skills complete your profile
