You bring several years of leadership in the production environment. Ideally, you have experience in the food industry or alternatively in the FMCG, pharmaceutical or chemical industries. You have good knowledge of labour law, occupational safety and the development of employees. You use Operational-Excellence methods safely and work on results-oriented, conceptual and independent. You convince with leadership skills, strong communicative skills and good English skills in word and writing. You're sure to deal with MS Office and SAP.
