Team Leader Production Aerospace

Conducting a technically demanding production area with overall responsibility for safety, quality, productivity and economic efficiency Leadership, development and promotion of employees and active support for training in their own field Planning and control of production and personnel capacities to ensure quality, quantity requirements and delivery schedule Continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and efficiency Implementation of innovation and lean management methods through the introduction of new technologies and the application of 5S, CVP and further improvement measures

Funded technical qualification through master/technical training or technical studies, complemented by relevant professional experience Multiannual leadership experience in production with proven ability to develop employees and to successfully shape change processes Impressed leadership and personality skills with high motivation, resilience, self-responsibility and the ability to secure priorities High quality, safety and cost awareness as well as an independent and solution-oriented operation Good technical and organizational skills, ideally with experience in carbide tool manufacturing and CNC programming as well as safe knowledge in MS Office and SAP
