Completed training as an administrative specialist or Completed vocational training as a legal specialist, social security specialist or lawyer and notary worker with multiannual professional experience or At least 3 years of completed vocational training and multiannual professional experience in a competent administrative activity in public administration, ideally in municipal administration, or with a childcare institution Specialized knowledge in the management of daycare facilities and/or nursery Important competences: Self-responsibility and self-responsibility Team skills Communicative skills as a prerequisite for consulting skills Handling conflicts Contacts to other kita carriers and facilities

The Department of Childhood Care manages eight urban daycare facilities with a total of around 800 childcare facilities from the 1st year to the schooling. In addition, a large number of childcare facilities are funded by non-urban children's daycare centres and nurseries.
