You design and optimize the user interfaces of our products – focusing on usability, web design and performance to enable the best customer experience You develop solutions for implementing AI in our products to optimize efficiency and ease of use (e.g. ChatBot) Together with IT, you implement the implemented solutions and analyze the relevant metrics for continuous improvement of products You keep up with technological trends and developments to introduce innovative product features In close cooperation with IT, customer consulting, management and external partners, you work on projects to improve customer experience

A current study in economics, BWL, VWL, computer science, etc. A strong interest in AI & Automation topics with first knowledge / experiences or the willingness to acquire them quickly An eye for design and user experience to enable the best customer experience through AI & Automation Very good analytical skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality Strong conceptual skills and a structured independent working German language skills and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
