Responsively, you take over all personal-administrative processes, such as contract adjustments, creation of personal-related fonts and the administration of our time recording program. Together with our trainer, you are able to carry out our structured vocational training and are our flagship at regional training fairs. We also know in good hands how to carry out and support expertise-based feedback talks. As part of the applicant management, you tune the needs with the specialist departments and accompany the entire recruiting process at the location. In addition, you are a contact person for managers and employees of the site, advises and attends these proactively in all personal-relevant topics.

Your basis is a completed commercial training with additional qualification in the area of personnel or an economic study with a focus on HR. In addition, you bring relevant professional experience in a comparable position. Ideally, you have knowledge of German labour law, social security and certification. You are motivated, committed and bring planning and organizational skills. Finally, you score with a sovereign appearance and an empathic and trustworthy personality and a pronounced communication skill across all target groups.
