Main tasks Project Coordination & Construction Monitoring: Monitoring and control of all interior work on the construction site in compliance with planning and execution requirements Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution Monitoring of material deliveries and equipment use to avoid delays Early detection of potential problems and the development of suitable solutions to meet project objectives Quality assurance: Perform regular construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer expectations and legal regulations Introduction of necessary corrective measures to ensure high-quality execution Work security & compliance: Enforcement and monitoring of health, safety and environmental legislation (HSE) at the construction site Implementation of safety instructions and risk assessments to avoid accidents and to create a safe working environment

Certifications in the field of construction, safety or comparable fields are advantageous Knowledge of construction processes, materials and quality standards Quality awareness and a strong look for details Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking Embossed capabilities in resource management and good communication skills
