Let's connect: In our field of insurance-linked securities at the Hanover/German-Land stand, an IT expert: in process automation underwriting. In our Insurance-Linked Securities team, we take insurance risks and transfer them to insti­tuted investors. First of all, in close cooperation with experienced colleagues, you build up your underwriting knowledge step by step. In addition to underwriting, you will focus on the further development and automation of our processes.

Step by step, you build your underwriting know-how and contribute to the further development of contract and fund structures You are analysing reinsurance contracts, reimbursing premiums and maintaining damages You regularly exchange with external business partners You analyze existing underwriting processes and develop them in a targeted way – focusing on automation and sustainable efficiency You identify automation potentials, design technical requirements and implement suitable solutions – you work closely with real cutting points Together with IT, you develop scalable applications and develop existing solutions consistently You opt for end-to-end processes, from streamlined data to workflow automation

A completed master's degree in computer science or economics related to IT, technology, data or process optimization Multiannual experience in process automation, digitization or technological optimisation – particularly valuable experience in a complex, regulated environment Joy in analyzing processes and implementing technical solutions (e.g. automation, workflow design, cutting points) The ability to comprehend technical requirements and to actively shape cooperation between specialist and IT First contact points with underwriting, insurance or financial processes are a plus, but no advance English knowledge and German at a minimum level of confidence, as well as a clear and valuable communication You go open with feedback, introduce your own ideas and develop yourself in a dynamic environment You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
