Creation and implementation of product group and supplier strategies Normative leadership of NPM buyers in the respective divisions Leading and controlling an international purchasing team Development of negotiation strategies and implementation of procurement negotiations Leading global negotiations Creation of framework agreements Establishment and maintenance of a division-wide communication network Review of Make-or-Buy Decisions bundles of investment needs, find synergies Identification of potential procurement risks and development of appropriate countermeasures Representation of assigned product groups as a technical expert

The location can be occupied at all Rheinmetall locations.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management or comparable Expertise in procurement of packaging material, catalog purchase and C-parts Multiannual professional experience in strategic CAPEX purchase, ideally in the automotive environment Knowledge of strategic and operational purchasing in the international environment Very good negotiating and communication skills, up to management level High competence in stakeholder management, especially in dealing with interdisciplinary and global teams Experiences in the moderation of meetings, workshops and negotiation rounds, including conflict solutions and decision-making Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking Safe handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications German and English knowledge in word and writing readiness to travel to see supplier visits, negotiations and international project agreements
