As a Senior Feature Owner, you are responsible for the design of individual applications (features) for TI-M ePA (target group: insured) and TI-M Pro (target group: customer advisor). You accompany the customer-oriented development of TI-M products and work in a multidisciplinary team together with strategic designers, developers and supply experts in an innovative environment. The optimization of the process for processing TI-M messages incoming at the BARMER is part of your responsibility. You are actively involved in all phases from research to ideas generation to user testing. Agile methods of product development are used by you to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the services.

You have a degree in health sciences, business informatics, user interaction design or a comparable subject related to Digital Health. Their professional experience in digital product development, ideally in start-up or innovation environments, enables a secure implementation of complex services. Funded knowledge in project management as well as the routined use of agile methods such as Scrum honors you. The regulatory framework in healthcare and the specifications of gematics are ideally familiar to you. Their operation is structured, independent and flexible in relation to new requirements. Communication strength and user orientation shape your actions in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. German knowledge on at least C1 level allows a professional activity in a German-speaking working environment.
