Your tasks As part of our performance improvement team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart or Munich, we develop tailor-made strategies to create, maintain or regain values for our customers. Whether transformation, restructuring or crisis - in challenging and complex situations, you support our customers: finding fast, effective solutions and taking the right course. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Support for international transformation/restructure projects and performance support projects Solution of complex business problems together with our experienced project teams Dealing with specific work packages, such as working on financial analyses, action tracking and implementation of structural and qualitative problem analyses Active participation in internal meetings and inquiries of the positions of your colleagues Preparation of meetings with clients: inside, workshops and presentations as well as support for internal activities, such as pitch presentations or other initiatives

This position shall be taken from April 2026.

Your skill set Current bachelor's degree (preferably in the third year) or master's degree at a leading university (focus/specialisation in restructuring and/or strategy and transaction consulting) First relevant practical experience and safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
