Shift supervision production (m/f/d)

You take over the independent shift management in the late and night shift and ensure the smooth production operation You are responsible for the professional management of the employees and the management of the workflows and compliance with all applicable regulations You ensure production capacity, organize necessary resources and provide quick fixation and replacement for malfunctions Consistent compliance with work safety ensures and actively monitor the applicable safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PSA) As a central contact person in the second and third layers, you will support employees, clarify questions and solve operational problems Get and provide technical documentation from SAP and TIS independently if necessary Tool logistics, including the procurement of missing tools from the tool magazine, take care of yourself You support the operational material supply by using industrial trucks and crane systems Car conversions on the factory premises will lead you through specific safety guidelines You take over a central reporting system and inform the production line about relevant production and process data

You have completed vocational training in metalworking and many years of professional experience A further training as a master, a staff management course and/or experience in employee management are desirable You have very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP Take a ticket for industrial trucks and cranes The driving licence for military vehicles would be desirable A valid driving class is mandatory
