Our fascinating Grafenschloss Youth Hostel Diez is looking for a dedicated company manager who leads our team with passion and creativity and becomes part of our 40 hospitable youth hostels in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.

The very modern Grafenschloss-Jugendherberge Diez sits high above the Lahn in the historic building of the romantic county castle. The rooms and the castle bistro are lovingly restored. Exciting alleys with proud half-timbered houses and as the centre of the Grafenschloss – the city of Diez an der Lahn presents itself to its visitors.

Your tasks:

Here you have the chance to successfully develop yourself as a host with passion in one of the most modern youth hostels, as part of the team of youth hostels in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.

• Head of the Youth Hostel and Implementation of Philosophy
• Personal management (selection, leadership and motivation of the entire team)
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all areas
• Economic leadership of the Youth Hostel (KPI analysis, Reportings...)
• Warm care of guests and assistance in all areas
• Design of attractive offers and programs for guests

This distinguishes you:

• Guided experience in the area Hotellerie / Tourism / Gastronomy
• Experience in leadership of employees (m/w/d) required
• Commercial understanding
• Ready-to-use, organizational design and loadability
• Warm and open to guests and people in your environment
