Z.A.S. Zentral Archiv Service GmbH, headquartered in Neubrandenburg, specialises in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector as an archive and digitization service provider. In addition to pre-clinical study documents and electronic data, samples and return patterns are transported and archived in various temperature ranges for national and international customers. Our order landscape is exciting, complex, diverse and located all over the world. It is a parental representation with a view to taking over. Your focus is on the creation of CAPA action plans, documentation and follow-up and compliance with measures resulting from internal audits, customer audits or deviations. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and customer audits. You will then set up internal audit reports on your own and take steps to improve the process according to regulatory requirements and SOPs. You take the communication with the customers as part of the audit preparation and audit preparation of customer audits and ensure smooth coordination. 3rd party audits (departmental inspections) are prepared and accompanied by you. In addition, you are responsible for the response of service provider questionnaires which are requested by our customers as part of initial qualification. You are responsible for the further development of the QM system according to GLP, GMP and ISO 9001:2015 as well as for the creation, testing and revision of relevant documents.

You have completed your studies, have ideally completed a further education on the Quality Management Officer (m/w/d) and bring relevant professional experience. Ideally, you will bring experience in auditing and GLP and GMP regulations. You have a structured working style, independent, precise and team-oriented work as well as high quality awareness. Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of German and English, as well as a practice-proven handling of MS-Office and O365 applications.
