You are strategically pursuing and developing the educational centre with its areas of school, youth assistance, occupational rehabilitation, vocational training, projects and training opportunities. You are responsible for the overall economic responsibility for education, including budget planning, revenue development, cost management, contract management, price negotiations, bills and medium-term calls. You run, promote and plan your employees' efforts. You ensure and improve service quality and ensure compliance with AZAV requirements and other standards. You develop offers, projects and tenders strategically and align them with regional and social, political and economic needs. You represent the educational centre, develop networks and cooperations, converge in bodies and advance acquisition.

Successfully completed studies of social work, pedagogy, social economy, economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience with earnings and personnel responsibility Knowledge of educational, social or rehabilitation landscape Christian values as a member of a Christian church Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
