Your activity is assigned to the Squad Failure and Loss Management & Balance Sheet Analysis. Here you work with 15 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the technical and strategic development of the product failure and loss management and are in regular exchange with stakeholders to develop the product requirements and features for the new software. You evaluate and prioritize these product requirements and ideas in agile methodology and always have a look at the customers. The implementation of the requirements as well as the dissolution of the previous system by a modern procedure you coordinate with the Product Owner and tune them with participating teams and our customers. The internal and external frameworks of Regulatorics are always in view of your solutions. The participation in the creation of business cases and pricing models as well as the support of the Product Life Cycle are your tasks. You represent and present the solutions you are responsible for in- and external events and moderate workshops with banks and partner companies.

Personality with profile You have a degree in business management or a comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the banking environment or an advisory company. You have knowledge in the field of credit or settlement processes and ideally know you with regulatory requirements of the banking world in the context of credit risk control. You have an analytical approach and understand how to design software ideas from practical processing processes. You have a precise way of expression, both in writing and oral, and you will be happy to create strategies, presentations and documents that you can convince others. A strong collaborative ability, the joy of working in an agile team, a self-responsive working and a strong customer orientation complete your profile. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
