You work on global projects and build relationships with customers around the world You support the creation of patient questionnaires, maintain our data structures and take over the sample data management You implement study configurations and test them using a predefined test plan to ensure that everything works smoothly You ensure that our processes and systems are reliable and efficient You provide support to our customers during the test phases for questions and problems and share your experience and knowledge with new colleagues to promote their development You perform tasks in support to help our customers use different systems

You have a successfully completed training for the medical / bio / specialist informant (m/w/d) or a comparable training/work experience in this field You have fun working with customers and good communication skills You are team-capable, do not hesitate to ask questions if you do not know any more, and like to share your ideas and talk to problems You work independently and focused on giving customers a good feeling by taking care of their concerns quickly, friendly and competently You have the pleasure of working closely and interested in a long-term, safe working relationship and actively shaping the development of your working environment You have very good English skills in word and writing as well as good German skills (min.
