You run and run 2 large locations (in Radeland and Mallnow) in consultation with your specialist department management and perform all operational tasks. You actively shape the transformation of hydrogen into the operating area and integrate future hydrogen technologies into the operating organization. You are responsible for, coordinating and documenting the commissioning and maintenance of the compressor, pipeline and gas pressure control systems as well as lines. You are the first contact person for all remodeling and repair measures on the station as well as on the lines and plan, control and perform them. You support budget planning and control. You are the first contact person for health and safety authorities. You take on standby services at a distance of 3-5 weeks.

You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or industrial engineering with a technical orientation. You have several years of professional experience. You ideally have experience in handling gas systems. You are communicative and can inspire others. You have a natural leadership personality and the ability to guide and motivate teams. You have a passenger car license and are ready to travel a lot. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
