During the three-year dual study at the Baden-Württemberg Dual University (DHBW) in Mannheim and the practical phases in Wörrstadt, you will find an ideal combination of theory and practice. You will be perfectly prepared for your specialist course with us, for example as an engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the planning and realization of PV (photovoltaics) or technical management. In the three-month periods of theory, you acquire profound knowledge in mathematics, natural science, information technology and electrical engineering. As a dual student (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you plan independently projects such as cable trays for solar parks in the practical phase and take over tasks in the management. You can look forward to these challenges. You deals with the sustainable management of energy resources and our technical facilities and methods for generating, transmitting and storing electrical energy plans, organizes and conducts independently projects through assists in the maintenance and repair of existing wind and solar systems and helps to manage them in operation optimises the operation of our systems by using new techniques and software solutions to maximize the production of sustainable energy with the existing infrastructure
