Management and further development of the controlling of the Holding / IRS Group Construction and sharpening of a scalable BI, dashboard and performance control logic Development of Management Reporting, KPI Logic, Forecast Processes and Performance Cockpits Translation of operational measures in loadable GuV, cash flow, working capital and KPI effects Control and quality assurance of budget, forecast, planning, scenarios, bridges and measure tracking Support and guidance of the PMO for the transparent follow-up of initiatives, effects and implementation levels Close cooperation with management, CFO, holding-finance, countries and operational management teams Development of data models, reporting processes, automation and system logic Hands-on Analysis of numbers, data, models and operational value drivers

Subject Very strong analytical skills and good understanding of GuV, Cashflow, Working Capital, Forecasts and Operational Control Experience in controlling, consulting, PMO, corporate finance, transformation, transaction services or a comparable analytical environment high system and data affinity; Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Reporting/BI tools or comparable solutions of advantage Understanding or interested in SAP FI/CO, LucaNet, BI architectures and AI-based reporting automation Ability to structure complex facts quickly and translate them into concrete control logics, dashboards and management information Private equity, platform, multi-site or transformation environment of advantage, but not necessarily Very good knowledge of German and English Personal Analytical Builder with Drive, Consultancy/Transformation Mindset and Ready to Enter Operationally Deep Hands-on, pragmatic, fast and powerful High quality standards while understanding speed and feasibility Ambitioned, learning and with clear motivation to grow into a greater role Strong in numbers, but also in communication with management, finance and operational units Independent, resilient and ready to take responsibility “Hire for attitude”: more important than perfect line experience are drive, ownership, analytical sharpness and the will to achieve effect
