As part of our Deal team, you will support companies in all stages of the Deal Cycle: from determining suitable purchases or Sales options until the conclusion of the negotiations. From corporate and market analysis, advice on tax and legal issues to integration. For our Deals business unit, we are looking for you as Manager Transactions / M&A Financial Services (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Transactions – You conduct projects within the framework of national and international M&A transactions both on the buy and on the sell side. Financial sector – You focus on clients from the financial services sector, including private equity investors, banks, asset managers, insurance companies and FinTech companies. Projects – On Financial Due Diligence Projects, you analyze the business model, operational and financial value drivers as well as the growth potential of the target company. Consulting – Your tasks include project management, analysis of financial key figures and business plans, as well as advice on economic aspects in purchase contracts. Management Responsibility – You are responsible for the professional leadership of national and international consulting teams in projects and motivate them to special achievements.

That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics with studies in M&A, Corporate Finance, Finance, Controlling and/or Auditing. You bring at least four years of experience in Transaction Services, Transaction Consulting and/or Auditing. You have first experiences in managing project teams. You want to deal with the environment of numerical and data analysis using technology solutions. You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.
