We are looking for an empathic and solution-oriented location in Braunschweig

You support our participants in achieving their learning goals – with an open ear, targeted motivation talks and the view for the essential. You go to the ground when you get a little bit of trouble and help find individual solutions – empathic, but also with a clear edge. You carefully check application documents, give targeted feedback and help to present individual strengths optimally. You support our participants in the search for a suitable phase of practice and keep up with the current status. You not only have a look at the next step, but also promote sustainable integration into the labour market – with realistic perspectives and practical approaches. In close consultation with your colleagues and other departments, you ask for everyone to have the same level of information and to draw the same line. Your everyday life also includes the exchange with cost providers and the IHK – clear, binding and solution-oriented. You have a sense of how the participants are doing, and you regularly get active feedback. You keep in mind in-depth feedback and make improvements.

Your experience in accompaniment of people, e.g. from customer care, education management, human resources, adult education, coaching or social education, ideally with a view to the labour market. Enthusiasm to bring you into a team, to shape and to move together. Your safe appearance, clear communication and good German knowledge – whether in writing, in conversation or in groups. Your solution-oriented thinking, a structured working style and the ability to remain calm and clear even in challenging situations. Digital competence and your willingness to handle documentation and organization carefully.
