Responsibility for operational and strategic hardware, firm and software development and associated development and quality assurance processes Development and implementation of the product strategy in cooperation with the product management team and management Organizational development of the area from a classic Stage-Gate model to a modern organizational form Monitor and evaluate the processes, the associated organizational processes and the efficiency of architectures, standards, methods and procedures Acceptance of responsibility for compliance with dates, quality and cost objectives Providing the necessary technologies to meet market requirements

Strategically thinking, strong communication leaders with innovative power, social competence and entrepreneurial sense of responsibility Successfully completed engineering studies, ideally in the field of electrical or communications technology or a comparable qualification Loadable management experience of hardware and software organisations with multiple teams Experience in measuring, measuring and/or data transmission Detectional successes in the strategic development of areas, structures and processes (transformation) Know-how in the development of hardware/software Very good English skills Ready for regular (also international) missions
