Production Employee Electroplating & Surface Coating (m/f/d)

Then start as a production employee / plant owner (m/w/d) in the area of electroplating & surface coating at the Cologne site. Our customer develops and manufactures innovative power rail systems for industrial applications. You expect a varied activity in mechanical production with a long-term perspective and attractive remuneration, including industry supplements according to IG-Metal/Electric Agreement.

You serve and monitor production facilities for the processing and coating of busbars. You can equip the systems with busbars and move components weighing up to 45 kg. You work at the sintering plant and take over the safe handling of the busbars up to 140°C. You keep sheet metal parts up and down for the coating process and serve the powder coating system as well as the powder gun. You support work in electroplating and are responsible for the chemicals and working materials used. During the entire manufacturing process, you pay attention to quality, work safety and smooth production processes.

You bring professional experience in industrial production, plant operation or surface treatment. You are also welcome as a professional starter (m/w/d) with a training as a surface coater (m/w/d), process engineer for coating technology (m/w/d), machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You work in the area of surface treatment with nickel, tin and other chemical agents. You bring the necessary health suitability. You can safely handle heavy components up to 45 kg. You have good German skills. The safe and responsible handling of chemicals and working materials is obvious to you, The willingness to work in the 3-layer system rounds off your profile.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG-Metal/Electric collective agreement.
