You analyze and process after-sales requests (focus on returns & deliveries) and are in direct contact with our customers You control and monitor all processes reliably within the agreed service levels

You work on clear processes and guidelines and ensure transparent processes

You are actively introducing ideas for process optimization – with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary returns or credits

You recognize recurring causes of after-sales issues and help establish sustainable solutions

You promote the use of our digital e-business tools to continuously improve the service experience
