Welcome to MEIKO – the source of cleanliness and sustainability, with space for visions. first contact person for our customers and trade visitors at international level: professional welcome, active, targeted and flexible care of guests Creation of target group-specific visit programs Company presentations in the form of a live performance at the MEIKO Experience Center (in German, English, French) Implementation of works Reference visits and accompanying guests in the vicinity Organisational planning, preparation and follow-up of visits Explanation of technical features and support of exhibits at the MEIKO Experience Center Development of creative event concepts and their implementation at the Offenburg headquarters with proactive fulfillment of guest wishes Selection and coordination of service providers (hotels, restaurants, catering, artists, locations) Visiting services from the first hand to the adoption Communication with internal departments and partners Participation in projects / project management Optimization of processes

completed training or university studies in marketing, communication, sales, technology or comparable qualifications very good language skills in German and English, French knowledge of advantage lively presentation style combined with a pronounced mediation competence Professionalism in handling and communication with customers and visitors of different countries and cultures the talent to inspire people time flexibility, as well as a high customer and service orientation
