Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Squad Big Data Services. Here you work with 5 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You work on our big data applications based on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift in terms of changing technologies, security and customer requirements. You are responsible for a variety of operators as well as their deployment, maintenance and operation. You are also responsible for planning and implementation, as well as for testing and implementing changes. You design specialist solutions, continue to work out them and are responsible for the further development of our services. You carry out proactive analyses, perform optimizations for the platform and the associated operations and implement them consistently. Personality with profile You have a completed study of computer science or a comparable field of study as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification as well as experience in conducting cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have very good knowledge of Big Data Systems (Streaming and Batch), data storage in NoSQL, OpenSearch, Trino and S3, ideally you also know about Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, Nvidia AI Enterprise and implementation. You know with the tools Helm, Gitlab, ArgoCD and Grafana, as well as with the agile working methods Scrum and Kanban. You also have good knowledge of ITIL processes. You have basic knowledge of Python, Java or batch programming. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You are so confident, have a strong negotiating skills and a high affinity for new technologies, usability and design. You have fun working in a cross-functional, agile team that is responsible for a central and complex application with many interfaces to other disciplines.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between € 76,000 and € 109,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
