We provide services related to the construction and management of real estate, its equipment and rental and operation, as well as the organisation and implementation of events, including the provision of event rooms and marketing.

Your tasks

• Coordination of external service providers in the field of infrastructure facility management
• General support for technical installations (first-level support)
• General mastery activities
• Support in event management (planning of the service providers via a software tool, support of the service providers e.g. furnishing of the various event and conference rooms, ensuring the perfect condition of all mobile devices in the event area)

Your profile

• Successfully completed artisanal training, training or ideally multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work
• Ideally multiannual experience in facility management / home technology
• Self-employed, careful and self-responsibility
• Communicative, reliable and flexible as well as a real team player
• Ready for weekend service in 6 - 8 weeks
• Secure application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• German language skills and good English skills are required
