Head of Local Transport (m/f/d)

You guide your team and organize efficient shift and personnel deployment planning You are responsible for the disposition of traffic and ensure high productivity and quality in local transport You ensure compliance with the processes and continuously improve them You are contact persons for contracted transport operators and advise them You plan the need for transport operators and agree with the central department

Complete training in forwarding and logistics or business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics Multiannual industry experience as well as multiannual experience in the planning and disposition of tours First leadership experience and a high level of quality orientation, enforcement ability and cost awareness Impressed communication and team skills and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
