Head of Finance and Taxes (m/w/d)

For this reason, in the course of a methodological succession process, we are looking for a qualified manager (m/w/d) as head of finance and taxes.

In this challenging leadership position, you are responsible for the areas “Financial” and “taxes” for our group of companies (holding / shared services) as well as the financial sector of our largest company (a turnover of around 80 million euros), comprehensive financial accounting, accounting, liquidity management and taxes. Together with your highly specialized team (7 employees) as well as in continuous dialogue with our companies and external service providers/stakeholders, our management advises you in all accounting and tax topics, develop process and method standards across groups and increase maturity and quality in your responsibility. You report directly to the group's CFO.

You have been working successfully for several years in a similarly demanding leadership position in a medium-sized company or in the context of audit/tax consulting, preferably with reference to industrial/industrial services, industrial manufacturing and/or project business. From your professional development, you will bring comprehensive expertise and experience in the independent production of annual accounts according to HGB as well as the assessment of tax issues. You have pronounced analytical skills and conceptual competence, and are also very communication-intensive and entrepreneurial.
