Your tasks: Performance analyses and reporting in the eCommerce area, with the aim of deriving data-based action recommendations for continuous improvements
Support in building and maintaining a cooperation model between the central and the markets to ensure efficiency and alignment
Creation of presentation documents as well as support in the organisation, moderation and refurbishment of meetings with markets and stakeholders of the headquarters (e.g. regular performance cases and best practice workshops)
Promoting close cooperation and a daily exchange with internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and targeting
Support of the team in operational day-to-day business and various initiatives through proactive cooperation
The activity can begin from April 2026.
Your profile: Academic: (International) Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable degree programme
Experience and expertise: Ideally first experiences in the digital environment and/or in the automotive industry
Safe in handling cross-functional teams, areas and international regions
Outstanding analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking and problem-solving competence
Structured and independent operation
Motivation to work in a complex and dynamic environment
Team player with positive attitude and excellent communication skills
