Head of Asset and Regulatory Management (m/f/d)

In your role as Head of Asset and Regulatory Management (m/w/d), you take responsibility for managing and managing infrastructure projects that create sustainable added value for the city of Schweinfurt and its citizens. The focus is on your strong leadership and talent in project management. You drive strategically important projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all projects are implemented in a timely and efficient manner: With dedication and enthusiasm, you guide the asset and regulation management department as an entrepreneurial, motivating and inclusive personality You develop regulatory management strategies and ensure that all regulatory obligations are complied with in time and form You coordinate the investment and maintenance strategy and implement it You initiate projects and ensure project management and reporting for the field of technology You develop new energy concepts, e.g. for charging infrastructure, renewable energies, hydrogen You actively promote the further development of the company and technological standards

You have a degree in engineering and natural science with business knowledge (e.g. economic engineer, utility technology, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a utility company or comparable You describe themselves as a modern leadership with hands-on mentality You combine a pronounced organizational and process know-how with the affinity for digitalization You are safe and binding to all stakeholders You have very good knowledge and willingness to continue in relevant regulations/regulations/laws (e.g. DVGW, AGFW, FNN, ARegV, EnWG, StromNEV, GasNEV) You have a class B licence and live max. 30 min. Driving time to the place of use in the service area
