Specialist Customer Support Network Usage & Contracting (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

You conclude network usage contracts - especially with our customers in low and medium voltage - and address them in all the topics relevant to the contract. You ask for proper archiving of the contract documents. In the event of imminent delivery gaps, you take over the role of the coordinator:in and central contact for our customers. You make sure that utilities are closed, or if necessary, you initiate the blocking process. You take care of escalating complaints from customers and suppliers and provide a solution-oriented clarification. You are responsible for creating and maintaining our Internet publications on network usage. The work on complex issues, taking into account current legal framework conditions, is also part of your range of tasks. In addition, you are willing to introduce your know-how into group-wide expert teams and to take over time-limited special tasks.
