Your IMPACT: Processing of fault messages and service requests from our internal and external customers (2nd level support) Ensuring that our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to and customer problems are solved Escalation of customer problems, if required Implementation of installations and configurations on customer systems (remote or occasionally on site)

Your profile Complete technical studies or training in the field of electrical engineering or computer science (e.g. as a specialist informant) Ideally first professional experience in the technical environment Knowledge of at least one subject area such as high-language (C#), Microsoft SQL or PLC programming (SIMATIC STEP 7, TIA, Modicon or Rockwell Automation RSLogix) Ability to understand technical facts and find pragmatic solutions Are you a:e team player:in, who can occasionally also work in readiness (with separate remuneration)?
