As part of an 18-month trainee program, you will learn the dynamic and diverse world of trade. As a designer of the innovative and strong own brand portfolio in the food and near food sector, which sets benchmarks in the German food retail trade.

You actively shape the development and implementation of REWE Group's own brands. Through valuable experience in interface areas and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, you build a valuable network to prepare yourself optimally for your future role in self-brand purchase.

During your training period, you will be intensively and individually supported by our personnel development and a personal mentor from management in your professional and personal development. After completion of the trainee program, a responsible position awaits you in your area of self-brand purchasing and development National | International.

What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: Through your active support in the development and procurement of REWE Group's own brand names, you will learn about national and international supplier scouting and management. You set the foundation for your future task: you gain insights into the conduct of supplier talks and contract negotiations and familiarise yourself with analyses of the brand names to develop optimization proposals. You are active: In market observations and analyses of competition, in terms of product range and market prices, as well as trend scouting to identify product innovations. You take responsibility: You carry out your own projects with our sourcing companies abroad or with the REWE Group's international sales lines. You can contact: In close cooperation with Category Management and Quality Assurance and support in implementing projects in the field of sustainability goods.

You have well-founded MS Office skills. Knowledge of the handling of goods management systems, data warehouse and SAP are advantageous. We presuppose German and English language skills in word and writing.
