What you are moving with us: As a team leader, you take on both technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility and act as a central contact person for planning issues and building topics at regional interfaces. The management of the planning managers and the regional CAD team is in your hands. At the same time, as a project partner for regional expansion, you accompany the negotiations on the construction description and control all relevant planning topics in the first phase of the project – up to the conclusion of the rental agreement. In the region you are responsible for the technical control of external architects, specialist planners and other construction service providers. The final decision on the award of GU services is also part of your task. Another core field: ensuring the implementation of national construction planning and CAD standards, as well as controlling the internal planning of the shop layout as the basis for a smooth operating process. Always keep an overview, ensure compliance with target processes and internal requirements and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures for optimization.

What convinces us: A completed study in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable academic qualification, complemented by several years of professional experience in the HOAI performance phases 1–7, ideally focusing on phases 1–4. Ideally, you already have professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience in the described context. Funded competencies in project management and project management, preferably with focus on project development. Experience in the management of internal and external project teams as well as safe handling of computer systems and the common office applications. A way of working that is characterised by self-sufficientness, sense of responsibility, enforcing ability and team capacity – complemented by a strong negotiation skill. Convincing leadership, communication strength, a very good self-organization as well as communication, moderation and problem-solving competence.
